If you have trouble sleeping, consider stopping using your cell phone, computer, and TV at least an hour before bed, avoiding heavy meals before bed, starting to exercise in the morning, and meditating.

Improve your environment
With whom and with what you are around you have a big impact on your mental well-being. That is why you need to surround yourself with positivity. If someone in your life is persistently pessimistic or angry, their energy will rub off against you. Try to limit your time around them and spend time with positive people. In the same way, evaluate your physical environment and look for ways in which you can bring joy to them. This can be as simple as adding a little color or bringing a plant into your home. You will not only enjoy updating your surroundings, but it will also help you maintain your mood during those dark months.
