Options Family Wellness and Addiction Center Programs

Options provides adult men and women suffering from a substance use disorder the understanding, compassion, care, education, and dignity they deserve.

We are a small center, and each client has their own room and washroom. The atmosphere is clean, warm and inviting. We have created a home-like environment which our clients find immediately comforting.

Options provides programming and support by offering an introduction to Twelve Step programs combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Our program is intensive and designed to build a solid foundation for recovery post-treatment.

Our Certified Addiction Counselors are trained in trauma, concurrent disorders, grief and many other issues related to drug and alcohol abuse. We believe that we must treat the addiction first and that our center is just the place to do that.

We believe in treating the mind, body, and spirit. We have a mandatory, recovery-based yoga program, do daily educational groups, with homework, geared toward relapse prevention, introduction to Twelve Step programs and offer healthy and nutritious meals prepared by our Nutrition Team. We also offer walks and other outings in the company of staff and have a gym on-site.

Most of our staff is in long-term recovery, and this brings a special sort of empathy and understanding to each client.

As addiction is considered a family disease, our counselors will keep in touch with family members and will provide counseling for them while you are in treatment.

We work closely with Naturopath Dr. Brent Barlow who focuses on restoring your physical health and well-being, and can include chiropractic, prolotherapy, vitamin therapy and many other services. (This is an additional cost).

Because follow-up counseling is essential, we offer a Virtual Aftercare Program that is geared to your individual and/or your family's needs. We offer several packages designed to meet your personal needs.

We also offer limited day programming.

Options has an "open door" policy for our Alumni and encourage all our clients to stay in touch with us through coming for a visit, group, and through our Zoom Alumni meetings. This is an added, extra touch that our Alumni really enjoy and appreciate.
