Once an individual has finished watching TV, social media, emails, and surfing the internet, an individual should turn off all technology when trying to make themselves comfortable at bedtime. Way too much time is spent on technology and can affect a person’s mental health, especially if an individual has trouble sleeping. If a person’s cellphone is near their sleeping area, their brain will stay active longer than expected because of the smartphone buzzing. So try turning off cellphones an hour before going to sleep, and do not worry. An individual will feel much more relaxed and comfortable and their brain will have time to relax after a day of continuous technology.
