You are able to engage in sessions with Options counsellors from anywhere with an internet connection via Skype, Face Time, Messenger, Zoom and other social connection platforms. Counsellors are also only a phone call away. If you are in the neighbourhood, drop-ins are encouraged. We believe that aftercare helps to integrate the information and skills you learned in treatment into your daily decisions post residential care.
